Jeremy's representative matters:

• Assisted clients in purchasing, permitting, and selling multifamily and townhome assets in Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Renton, Woodinville, and other Washington jurisdictions.

• Secured comprehensive plan amendments and rezones for property owners in Seattle, Kirkland, and Bellevue.

• Resolved notice of shoreline code violations through documenting and persuasively demonstrating “grandfathered” nonconforming rights.

• Resolved a public infrastructure dispute without litigation by demonstrating that a client’s project did not have a nexus or proportionality to the city’s desired (and expensive) infrastructure upgrade.

• Secured land use permits for multifamily development project sites throughout the Puget Sound region, including site plan approvals, critical areas permits, shoreline permits, design review approval, and landmark certificates of approval.

• Negotiated and secured development agreements for various multifamily projects.

• Secured Conditional Use Permit for an outdoor athletic facility.

• Advised lenders on project entitlements to inform risk and loan documents.
